In its active form MK-7 all-trans, it is responsible for activating the protein osteocalcin, which transports calcium to the bones. Vitamin K2 MK-7 has a bacterial origin and therefore a long half-life, so that even a single daily dose guarantees constant protection through vitamin K2.
The generic term vitamin K is a collective term that stands for various substances (phylloquinone = vitamin K1, menaquinone = vitamin K2, menadione = vitamin K3).
While vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, vitamin K1 plays a role in normal blood clotting. Vitamin K1 occurs naturally in natto (fermented soya beans). You will find this natural substance in the NatuGena product Nattokinase.

How to use
8 drops once a day. It is best to take immediately after a meal with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability.
