- take 1 x 1 capsule with plenty of liquid with a meal.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age. CAUTION: Do not use during therapy with anticoagulants and discontinue before surgery! If in doubt, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.

- Ingredients: Microencapsulated fish oil, nattokinase, ginger extract, anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ethylcellulose, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
