NICApur® Zinc Citrate 30 provides 30 mg of zinc per capsule in the highly bioavailable, organic citrate form to cover increased requirements. Recommended to be taken every other day.

Directions
Take 1 capsule every 2nd day with plenty of liquid, preferably in the evening and outside mealtimes. This corresponds to a daily intake of 15 mg zinc. It is recommended to limit the intake to a few weeks/months.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: bulking agent: calcium carbonate, zinc citrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
- Composition per daily dose* (1 capsule every 2nd day % NRV**): Zinc 15mg (150).
