NICApur 5-HTP50 SeroBalance® capsules are a dietary supplement designed to support serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin, also known as the ‘happiness hormone’, plays an important role in mood, sleep and well-being.
The African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) contains the amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin is regarded as the ‘happiness hormone’ and is converted in our bodies into the ‘sleep hormone’ melatonin. Our bodies use this rest period to recharge and regenerate. Stress, worries and anxieties, as well as an age-related decline in melatonin production, can make it difficult to drift off to sleep.

Directions for use
- Take 2 capsules once daily at bedtime with plenty of liquid.
