Important information
Breastfeeding is the best thing for your baby. Breast milk has an ideal composition, helps to protect against infections and allergies and at the same time promotes the mother-child relationship. Breastfeeding is also the cheapest form of nutrition. The earlier and more frequently you breastfeed your baby, the sooner the flow of milk will start. A balanced diet during pregnancy and after delivery favours breastfeeding. The decision not to breastfeed is difficult to reverse and supplementing with formula can affect the success of breastfeeding. Talk to your paediatrician or midwife if you want to use infant formula
Improper preparation of infant formula, the use of foods that are not suitable as infant formula or inappropriate nutrition can lead to adverse health effects. Infant formula is intended to replace breast milk if the mother does not wish to breastfeed or is unable to do so for some other reason. If you do not breastfeed or bottle-feed, the milk flow will be reduced. The decision not to breastfeed is difficult to reverse. Feeding infant formula also has social and financial consequences that you should consider. Please follow the instructions on the label regarding preparation, feeding and storage to avoid any adverse health effects.

Directions for use
Please follow the instructions for use carefully when preparing infant formula. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of unwanted germs. Prepare the food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes. Do not heat infant formula in the microwave (risk of scalding).
Preparation:
- Wash hands thoroughly and ensure a clean working environment.
- Shake bottle before use. Open the lid and remove the protective film
- Pour the required amount into a sterile bottle and heat to drinking temperature of approx. 37°C.
- Check drinking temperature and feed within one hour
- Do not reuse leftover food.
Please note:
The amount to drink per bottle may vary from individual to individual. After the 4th month, feeding jars and porridges can be started in consultation with the paediatrician. One bottle should be omitted with each complementary meal.
