Fenugreek together with minerals and vitamins such as zinc, vitamin B5, vitamin B3, copper, folic acid, selenium, biotin and vitamin B2, contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Also good for hair, irritated skin, chapped hands and lips.
Fenugreek naturally contains carbohydrates, fibre, proteins and high-quality bitter substances, proteins, iron, lecithin and phytosterols, mucilage, saponins and sapogenins, vitamins C, E and D, phosphorus, beta-carotene and choline, which can be converted into lecithin by the body if required.
