The Mollelast® adhesive cohesive bi-elastic fixation bandage is a medical device used for the fixation of bandages, cannulas, splints and other medical devices. It is made from a soft and breathable material.

The cohesive bi-elastic fixation bandage with special stretch behaviour adheres to itself, but not to skin or hair. It is available in different versions to suit requirements: Mollelast haft, Mollelast haft colour and Mollelast haft latex-free.

Mollelast haft is longitudinally elastic and transversely stretchable, which ensures a good, crease-free fit. This means that the bandage can also be applied perfectly to conical parts of the body and offers a secure hold even in the area of the joints thanks to an excellent bond between the layers. The product is also reliable when in motion: no constriction or slipping.

The good cohesive properties are the result of a micro-coating. The selvedges make it easy to put on and prevent the formation of threads. The thinly knitted material is highly permeable to air and kind to the skin.

The bandage is used to secure compresses, cannulas and cast splints (such as the Cellacast Longuette) and provides support for minor sports injuries, for example.
