- Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of liquid.
- Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age. Ideally Microflorin should be stored in the refrigerator. However, transport and short-term storage (weeks) at room temperature are no problem.
