Active ingredients
- Vitamin D: Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood and supports the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 supports normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium: Magnesium supports normal muscle function.
- Selenium: Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and supports the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamins C & E: Vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Pantothenic acid (B5): Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
- Iodine & zinc: Iodine and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function.

Directions for use
- Daily dose: 30 ml for adults and 10 ml for children aged 4 years and over (after four weeks, the dose may be reduced to half the daily dose for long-term use).
- Notes: Zinc / Magnesium / Vitamin A – Taking additional zinc-containing food supplements is not recommended. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. Vitamin A should only be taken during pregnancy after consulting a doctor.
