MensSana Black Cumin Capsules are a dietary supplement with cold-pressed Egyptian black cumin oil from Nigella sativa (true black cumin).
Properties
- Capsule with cold-pressed Egyptian black cumin oil (unrefined).
- For an optimal supply of unsaturated fatty acids.
- Capsule shell made from soft starch.
- Contains the important omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids as well as valuable plant substances (thymoquinone, alkaloids, triglycosides).
Active ingredients
- Black cumin seed oil: Natural black cumin seed oil contains linoleic acid, which is an essential nutrient that must be supplied with food. The significant anti-inflammatory dihomogammalinoleic acid is synthesised in the body from linoleic acid via the intermediate stage γ-linoleic acid (GLA).

How to use
- Take 4 to 6 capsules daily before meals with plenty of water, depending on body weight.
- Note: Due to a lack of studies, it is not suitable for pregnant women.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Egyptian black cumin oil, humectant glycerine, maize starch, thickener carrageenan, acidity regulator sodium carbonate.
- Composition per daily dose (4 capsules) %NRV*: Egyptian black cumin oil 2000 mg of which at least 50 % linoleic acid 1000 mg. *Nutrient reference values according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
