Properties
- For basic care from the age of 50 With important vitamins, minerals, trace elements and omega-3.
- The vitamin D contained (400 I.U. per TD) contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal bones, muscle function, maintenance of normal teeth and has a function in cell division.
- Also suitable for long-term use.
- Combination of oil capsule made from bovine gelatine and powder capsule made from cellulose.
Active ingredients
- Vitamin D: Vitamin D (400 I.U. per TD) contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal bones, muscle function, maintenance of normal teeth and has a function in cell division.
- Folic acid, vitamin B6 & B12: Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
- Magnesium: The mineral magnesium supports the normal function of muscles, including the heart muscle.
- Vitamin C: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal blood vessel function. Together with vitamin E, zinc and selenium, vitamin C also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): Thiamine supports normal heart function and, together with vitamins B6 and B12, contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal function of the nervous system and the psyche.
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5): Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) & docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): The omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function (from 250 mg / day).

Directions for use
- Daily dose: 1 capsule to be taken with plenty of water before meals.
- Note: The product contains soya and fish. The intake of other zinc-containing food supplements is not recommended. Due to a lack of studies, it is not suitable for pregnant women.
Ingredients
- Ingredients powder capsule: Tri-magnesium dicitrate, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate (vegetable), isoflavone-containing soya bean extract, lutein and zeaxanthin-containing tagetes extract, lycopene-containing tomato extract, Coenzyme Q10, zinc gluconate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, calcium D-antothenate, beta carotene, chromium III chloride, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, L-selenomethionine, D-biotin.
- Ingredients oil capsule: omega-3 fatty acids (from FISH oil concentrate), gelatine, humectant glycerine, antioxidant / extracts containing strong tocopherols.
