- Adults and adolescents take 1 capsule daily before meals with plenty of water.
- Warnings: Men, postmenopausal women and pregnant women should only take iron after consulting a doctor. Permanent iron supplementation should also only take place in the case of a proven iron deficiency and after consulting a doctor. The intake of other zinc-containing food supplements is not recommended. Vitamin A during pregnancy is only recommended after consulting a doctor.
