Directions
- Drink 1 sachet before or with food, dissolved in approx. 250 ml of liquid.
- Advice: Not for children under 4 years of age. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. The daily dose of magnesium should be divided into at least two portions. The intake of other zinc-containing food supplements is not recommended.
