- Take 1 capsule before meals with plenty of water.
- Note: The intake of other zinc-containing food supplements is not recommended. A doctor should be consulted when taking anticoagulants (coumarin type). Vitamin A is only recommended during pregnancy after consulting a doctor. The capsule shells made of vegetable cellulose do not contain any valuable ingredients and can be opened as required. It is possible to add the contained powder to food.
