How to use
- Take 1 direct stick daily. This can also be taken without additional liquid.
- Advice: Do not take with milk and dairy products, soya products, black tea, coffee or wheat bran.
- Warnings: Men, postmenopausal women and pregnant women should only take iron after consulting their doctor. Permanent iron supplementation should also only take place in the case of a proven iron deficiency and after consulting a doctor.
