Melmona Endo Caps Duo capsules are a food supplement containing a special combination of nutrients designed to provide natural relief from recurrent period pain in women.

Period pain is very distressing for many women and girls. For around ten per cent of those affected, the symptoms are so severe that they find it almost impossible to cope with everyday life for several days.

Diet also plays an important role in menstrual discomfort. An unbalanced diet consisting mainly of animal-based foods, as well as a lack of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, can exacerbate the typical pain experienced during a period.

In collaboration with a gynaecologist specialising in endometriosis, a specific combination of nutrients has been developed to help women relieve these recurring symptoms during their period in a completely natural way.

The selection of all the ingredients in the ENDO CAPS DUO formula was based on scientific studies and is available in two different capsules:

ENDO CAPS 1: Antioxidant complex comprising plant extracts, vitamins and minerals
ENDO CAPS 2: EPA-rich omega-3 concentrate

Directions for use

Take one ENDO CAPS 1 and one ENDO CAPS 2 capsule twice daily (morning and evening) with plenty of liquid, either with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients

Ingredients ENDO CAPS 1: Magnesium citrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), trans-resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum), white tea leaf extract, quercetin (Sophora japonica), R-alpha-lipoic acid, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, turmeric extract, zinc gluconate, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), pineapple extract, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Ingredients ENDO CAPS 2: Omega-3 fish oil concentrate, capsule shell: gelatine (bovine), glycerine E422, water.
Composition of ENDO CAPS 1 – per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: Trans-resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum) ** 150 mg, White tea extract 120 mg equivalent to polyphenols 108 mg, Quercetin (from Sophora japonica) 100 mg, R-alpha-lipoic acid 100 mg, L-cysteine 74.2 mg, Curcuminoids 70 mg, pineapple extract 20 mg, magnesium 40.5 mg 11%, zinc 5 mg 50%, vitamin E 10 mg 80%, vitamin D3, plant-based 6 µg 120%.
Compositionof ENDO CAPS 2 – per daily dose (2 capsules):Highly concentrated fish oil 2000 mg, containing: Totalomega-3 fatty acids: 1660 mg,of which EPA 1000 mg, of which DHA 500 mg. *NRV = Nutrient Reference Value for daily intake according to the EU Food Information Regulation. **Food supplements containing trans-resveratrol should only be taken under medical supervision if taken alongside medication.
