The new Melasan® Lower Carb drink with a tropical flavour contains vitamins, minerals, trace elements and is also rich in magnesium and potassium. The Melasan® Lower Carb drink is characterised by its very low sugar content and optimal tolerability. It is perfect for athletes who are in a catabolic phase and want to lose weight, but do not want to give up the flavour of their drinks completely.
During intensive sporting activities, optimum performance over the entire period can only be guaranteed by an increased intake of magnesium, potassium and electrolytes. Magnesium plays a central role in neuromuscular coordination and energy metabolism and helps to maintain performance at a consistently high level. Potassium is involved in keeping the electrolyte balance constant and is essential for the transmission of stimuli between muscles and nerves.
