How to use
- Wash your hands with soap and water and dry them thoroughly before touching the storage pouch. Open the sachet by pulling arrow 1 in the direction shown. Do not fill the bag beyond the 210 ml mark as breast milk expands when frozen.
- Make sure the sealing area is clean, squeeze excess air out of the bag and seal it completely to prevent leakage. Label the breast milk bag before storing it.
- Put your breast milk in the fridge or freezer immediately after expressing. Breast milk can be defrosted in the fridge - this usually takes about 12 hours. Alternatively, you can also hold the bag of frozen milk under warm running water (max. 37 °C).
- Once the milk is completely defrosted, you can warm it up by placing the bag (or bottle) in a mug, jug or bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes to bring it to body temperature (37 °C). After warming up, gently swirl the bottle or bag without shaking or stirring to mix any fat that has settled back into the milk.
- To transfer your breast milk from the bag to a bottle, pull arrow 2 in the direction shown and pour the breast milk into a bottle.
- Disposal: According to local regulations.
