- Swallow 1 capsule daily (preferably with a meal) unchewed with liquid.

- Ingredients: Lutein and zeaxanthin-containing extract from marigold flowers (with sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: tocopherols); soya oil; gelatine (bovine); humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; water; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; zinc oxide; soya lecithin; colour: iron oxide; riboflavin.
