- A balanced acid-base balance plays a major role in our body and our well-being. Unhealthy eating habits involving too many acid-forming foods such as meat, salt or sugar can affect the natural acid-base balance. The targeted intake of alkaline minerals can therefore be beneficial.
- META-CARE® Basic 3 contains the alkaline-forming minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium, combined with the water-soluble extract of wild marjoram. Potassium and magnesium play a key role in the cycle of muscle contraction and relaxation and are therefore particularly important for the heart muscle. Furthermore, potassium plays a valuable role in maintaining normal blood pressure, whilst magnesium helps to maintain a balanced electrolyte balance. Alongside other important functions, calcium influences digestive enzymes and supports normal energy metabolism.

Directions for use
- Take 3 capsules once a day, whole, after a meal with plenty of liquid
- As the formula contains extracts of oregano leaves, rosemary leaves, thyme leaves, sage and fennel, we recommend that you consult your doctor during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

- Ingredients: potassium chloride; calcium citrate; magnesium citrate; oregano leaf extract; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; rosemary leaf extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; rice extract; thyme leaf extract; fennel seed extract; sage plant extract.
- Ingredients per daily dose = 3 capsules: potassium (300 mg), calcium (120 mg), magnesium (57 mg), oregano leaf extract (300 mg), rosemary leaf extract (60 mg; of which rosmarinic acid 1.2 mg), thyme leaf extract (30 mg), sage plant extract (15 mg; of which rosmarinic acid 0.4 mg), fennel seed extract (15 mg).
