MAR® Nasal Spray PLUS, with natural seawater and dexpanthenol, nourishes, cleanses and moisturises the nasal mucosa. Ideal for dry air, a runny nose and nasal irritation. Preservative-free. Suitable for children aged 2 years and over.

To ensure that our nose can fulfil its filtering and protective functions, it is important to keep the nasal mucosa intact and protect it from drying out. When the nasal mucosa is under increased strain due to dry air from heating systems or cold weather, a cold or even allergic symptoms, it is advisable to support and care for the stressed nasal mucosa. 

MAR® Nasal Spray PLUS Care nourishes, cleanses and moisturises with natural seawater and dexpanthenol, and can be used as a complementary treatment for a runny nose and nasal congestion. It supports the healing of irritated and sore nasal mucous membranes. Natural seawater, with its valuable mineral salts, cleanses and moisturises the nasal mucosa in a naturally gentle way. Dexpanthenol helps retain moisture in the nasal mucosa, thereby optimally enhancing the effect of the seawater.

• As required, 1–2 sprays into each nostril once or several times a day. 
• Also suitable for young children aged 2 years and over.

Ingredients

Composition: 1 ml of isotonic solution contains 150 mg of seawater, potassium dihydrogen phosphate (to adjust the pH), highly purified water and 30 mg of dexpanthenol. One spray corresponds to approximately 0.14 ml of solution.
