In severe forms of these diseases, clinically proven therapy is indicated. This medicine is used in adults, adolescents and children from 1 year of age. Supports the lymphatic system in the event of swelling and infections

Lymph is formed in all regions of the body in the tissue and then flows through the lymph vessels towards the heart, where it flows into the blood vessel system near the heart. The lymph nodes are interposed between the lymph vessels on this route. Lymph nodes are the centres in which all immune reactions are coordinated - just like the tonsils in the throat area. This is where the lymph is cleansed, i.e. pathogens and harmful substances are broken down. In addition, defence cells (lymphocytes) are activated and multiplied as required.

All the lymph from the head flows out via the lymph nodes in the neck area. Swollen cervical lymph nodes are a sign of high activity of the lymphatic system. The gentle grip techniques of manual lymphatic drainage can stimulate the lymph flow and eliminate congestion or swelling. Gently "stroking" in the Lymphdiaral® drainage ointment can also support the lymphatic system.

The best way to do this is to apply the ointment behind/under the ears and spread it with gentle circular movements downwards in the area of the cervical lymph nodes and towards the clavicle. The ointment is also suitable for an overnight neck compress.

How to use

Apply and rub in:

First in the lymph node and lymph drainage area (neck, groin), then in the area of discomfort.

Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose is

• Adults, adolescents, children 7 - 12 years: apply 1-3 x daily and rub in 2-3 cm of ointment strand.
• Infants (1 - 6 years): 1-3 x daily application and rubbing in of 1-2 cm of ointment.

Ingredients

• 10 g contain: The active ingredients are: Conium maculatum D2 0.4 g, Calendula officinalis Ø 0.2 g, Hydrargyrum biiodatum (Mercurius bijodatus) D5 0.01 g, Stibium sulfuratum nigrum D2 0.01 g.
• The other ingredients are: purified water, emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol (type A), ethanol 96% (total alcohol content of the finished product approx. 11% m/m), oleic acid oleyl ester, sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallising), traces of lactose monohydrate.
