How to use

• Take 3 x 10 drops daily for 4 to 12 weeks. For long-term requirements, the dosage should be reduced to 2 to 3 x 7 drops daily for 3 to 6 months. A break of 3 to 4 weeks should then be taken.
• Before or during stressful situations, a short-term intake of 3 to 5 drops every 15 to 30 minutes may be useful.
• Take the drops pure or with a little water sublingually before or 30 minutes after eating!
• Option as a spray attachment (not included): Spray up to 5 spray strokes into the mouth 3 times a day, spread well and do not eat or drink anything for 10 minutes. It is also possible to atomise the product over the head and inhale deeply - this type of application is recommended for children up to the age of 6. Alternatively, the herbal drops can be rubbed into the stomach, back or crooks of the arms, added to bath water or diluted with warm water and ingested. A reduced dose is recommended for oral use in children.
