The transparent full-surface dressing fixation
Adhesive dressings are all about good adhesive properties, easy handling, comfort and effective protection against contamination. Hypafix® transparent is a waterproof, full-surface dressing fixation that allows you to shower and bathe without additional protection or dressing. Hypafix® transparent also protects against friction, allows observation of the skin surrounding the wound and is particularly breathable. Hypafix® transparent consists of a particularly thin and highly flexible polyurethane film coated with a polyacrylate adhesive.
Areas of application
- For watertight full-surface fixation of wound dressings, also in the area of joints and extremities
- For waterproof fixation of instruments, catheters, measuring elements and probes
- For hygienic fixation of ointment dressings during hydrotherapy
Properties
