Melatonin
- The sleep hormone melatonin ensures adequate and restful sleep. This is extremely important for physical and mental regeneration. The sleep rhythm can be coordinated by taking melatonin. Melatonin breaks down in the body after about 6 hours. Vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, has an additive effect on the active complex of melatonin and, in combination with passion flower extract, forms an effective power team.
- The soft gums have a natural passion fruit flavour and are free from gluten, lactose, plasticisers, gelatine and preservatives. Our product is not made from pork gelatine, but from pectin, a purely plant-based raw material with many health-promoting properties.
Why is sleep so important?

How to use
Adults take a soft gummy 30 minutes before going to bed. Allow at least 6 hours of sleep. People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have chronic illnesses or are taking other sleeping pills, are pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding should consult their doctor before taking this product. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking melatonin. Do not consume alcohol when taking this product. Avoid taking it if you are sensitive to the ingredients.
