The dietary fibres in the soft pastilles come from 100% natural acacia juice (gum arabic). These bind the flavours of the ginger and thus ensure a long-lasting taste experience and a slow and even release of the ginger (on the tongue). Gum arabic is slowly absorbed by the digestive system and then metabolised.
