How to use

• The pelvic floor trainer is inserted into the vagina like a standard tampon. The return strap should be easy to grasp. There are two weights inside the pelvic floor trainer. These start to vibrate as soon as you move physically. The pelvic floor is stimulated by the vibrations and it is precisely this stimulation that stimulates the pelvic floor muscles, as the muscles try to compensate for the vibrations. The pelvic floor muscles are trained. The only important thing after insertion is that you move!
• The 92g training aid does not have two weights inside, it is just one weight. Due to its weight, the training effect is achieved by simply trying to hold the trainer.

• Lubricant information: Sample LUBEXXX® lubricant as an insertion aid. A quality lubricant from Germany. Skin compatibility tested by Dermatest GmbH with "Very Good" (03/2024). The water-silicone emulsion makes it very slippery, non-sticky and water-soluble. Oil and grease-free. Hormone-free. Suitable for rubber and latex. Simply apply to the desired areas of the body.
