How to use

• The pelvic floor trainer is inserted into the vagina like a standard tampon. The return strap should be easy to grasp. There are two weights inside the pelvic floor trainer. These start to vibrate as soon as you move physically. The pelvic floor is stimulated by the vibrations and it is precisely this stimulation that stimulates the pelvic floor muscles, as the muscles try to compensate for the vibrations. The pelvic floor muscles are trained. The only important thing after insertion is that you move! Therefore ... exercise while walking!
• For example, you can do your usual household chores in your home or go for a walk outside. Jogging is also possible. To get started, we recommend walking up and down your home to get a feel for the trainer.
