How to use

1. Please disinfect the probe before first use.
2. Press the ON/OFF button.
3. As soon as a short beep sounds and the letters "Lo" and a flashing "°C" or "°F" appear on the display, the thermometer is ready for use.
4. If the ambient temperature is below 32 °C or 89.6 °F, "Lo °C" or "Lo °F" appears. If the ambient temperature is above 42.9 °C or 109.2 °F, "Hi °C" or "Hi °F" appears.
5. As soon as the measurement is complete, a beep sounds four times and the "°C" or "°F" symbol stops flashing.
6. The highest measured temperature appears on the LCD display.
7. When the measurement is complete, please switch off the thermometer by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Notes: Please note that the body temperature measurement depends on the location where the measurement is taken. For this reason, the measurement location must always be indicated on the thermometer to ensure that a correct temperature reading is recorded. Incorrect methods of temperature measurement can lead to inaccurate readings. Do not expose the device to hot water, high temperatures or direct sunlight. Do not drop the thermometer, it is neither shock nor impact resistant. Do not modify the device without the manufacturer's permission. Only clean the device with water or disinfectant.
