Add this sachet to 2 litres of schnapps (grain or fruit schnapps), along with 6 green walnuts, 250 g of rock sugar (or honey) and 1 vanilla pod. Leave to stand in the sun (on a windowsill) for 4 to 6 weeks, then strain and enjoy.
