Directions for use

• Instructions for use: Drink one effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml). 1 tablet contains 0.06 BE
• Notes: Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect in sensitive people. Men, postmenopausal women and pregnant women should only consume iron after consulting a doctor. The intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
