Directions for use

Recommended intake: Take 3 capsules three times a day before meals with 1–2 glasses of water.
Notes: For the product to work effectively, a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three 1g portions with 1–2 glasses of water is necessary. There is a risk of choking for consumers with difficulty swallowing or who do not drink enough fluids. Take with plenty of water to ensure the glucomannan reaches the stomach. Do not chew or suck on the capsule. Keep out of reach of young children.

Nutritional values per 1 capsule: Konjac glucomannan 334 mg; L-carnitine 6 mg. 1 serving (3 capsules) contains: Konjac glucomannan 1.0 g; L-carnitine 18 mg. Per daily dose of 9 capsules: konjac glucomannan 3.0 g; L-carnitine 54 mg.
