Directions for use
  • Recommended dosage: Take 3 capsules 3 times a day before meals with 1-2 glasses of water.
  • Note: For the product to work properly, a daily intake of 3g glucomannan in three portions of 1g each with 1-2 glasses of water is necessary. There is a risk of choking for consumers with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake. Take with plenty of water so that glucomannan reaches the stomach. Do not bite or suck the capsule. Keep out of the reach of small children.

  • Nutritional values per 1 capsule: konjac glucomannan 334 mg; L-carnitine 6 mg. 1 portion of 3 capsules contains: Konjac glucomannan 1.0 g; L-carnitine 18 mg. per daily dose 9 capsules contain: Konjac glucomannan 3.0 g; L-carnitine 54 mg.
