Product information "Kingnature Q10 Vida capsules"
Kingnature Q10 Vida capsules are a dietary supplement containing natural Q10 derived from the biofermentation of brewer’s yeast, in liposomal form to enhance absorption in the gut. Coenzyme Q10 plays an important physiological role in the human respiratory chain.
No Q10 = no energy: coenzyme Q10 plays an important physiological role in the human respiratory chain. Up until around middle age, the human body is able to produce sufficient Q10 itself. However, as we age, the likelihood increases that the body’s own synthesis of coenzyme Q10 will decline and that Q10 levels in the blood and organs will fall. If this is the case, taking a coenzyme Q10 supplement may be beneficial.
Q10 Vida contains only coenzyme Q10 and soya lecithin. It contains no additives or excipients whatsoever. The capsule shell is made from HPMC and is therefore entirely of plant origin.
Q10 Vida – natural coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)
- Q10 Vida contains Kaneka’s original coenzyme Q10, produced purely by biofermentation. Following fermentation, the raw material is purified through extraction, filtration, crystallisation and chromatography. The production process is 100% natural and clearly differs from cheap preparations or synthetically produced Q10. The Q10 is fermented from brewer’s yeast.

What is the difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol?
Ubiquinones occur in the human body in two different chemical forms.
- Ubiquinone is the fully oxidised form of coenzyme Q10.
- Ubiquinol is the reduced, or activated, form of coenzyme Q10.
Oxidation involves the release of electrons, whilst reduction involves the uptake of electrons. Both forms of Q10 are important for the body’s energy metabolism. However, in order to generate cellular energy, ubiquinone must be converted by the body into ubiquinol. In the blood plasma of healthy people, more than 90 per cent of coenzyme Q10 exists in its reduced form (ubiquinol). The advantage of ubichinol in dietary supplements is that it relieves the body of the need to convert ubiquinone into the active form, ubichinol, and is better absorbed. As we age, the body’s ability to convert ubiquinone into ubiquinol may decline. This is why older people in particular benefit from this reduced, active form.
