Usage
The primary application is overnight on specific reflex zones on the soles of the feet. It is recommended that you thoroughly cleanse your feet of any creams, oils, etc. Dry your feet thoroughly after cleansing.
- Peel off the larger strip of the adhesive plaster and remove the herbal plaster from its protective film.
- Place the herbal plaster with the labelled side in the centre of the prepared adhesive strip, with the white side facing upwards.
- Now remove the second strip from the adhesive patch and, by shaking gently, distribute the powder evenly throughout the herbal patch.
You can now apply the herbal plaster to your feet or the desired area of the body.After 6–8 hours of use, remove the herbal plaster and clean the area thoroughly with soap and water.
