KaRaDol® capsules naturally support your wellbeing by combining the power of highly active enzymes with Levagen®+ (PEA), the antioxidant rutin, and the micronutrients niacin and manganese. This vegan multi-enzyme supplement contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps promote a sense of well-being in cases of chronic (nerve) pain and inflammation. It also helps with swelling.
Enzymes are protein compounds that are involved in many metabolic processes in the body (biocatalysts). In the manufacture of KaRaDol®, alongside the plant-based enzymes papain (from papaya) and bromelain (from pineapple), the vegan multi-enzyme complex Digezyme® – which is characterised by particularly high activity – is also used.
- Palmitoylethanolamide ( PEA for short) occurs in small quantities in food and in the human body, particularly in the nervous system. KaRaDol® contains high-purity PEA, which is characterised by its exceptional quality and high bioavailability and is known as Levagen®+.
- Papain has a particularly high enzymatic activity and is mainly extracted from the papaya fruit.
- Bromelain is extracted from the pineapple stem and has a particularly high enzyme content and proteolytic (= protein-splitting) activity.
- Digezyme® contains several enzymes that are important for metabolic processes in the body: α-amylase, protease, cellulase, β-D-galactosidase and lipase.
- Rutin is a natural compound belonging to the flavonoid group. It is found in many plant species, particularly in fruit, vegetables and certain herbs. Rutin is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
- Niacin ( vitamin B3) belongs to the group of B vitamins and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function. M
- Manganese is a trace element that contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal connective tissue formation and the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions for use
- Adults aged 18 and over should take 2 enteric-coated capsules twice daily with plenty of liquid, either at least 30 minutes before or at least 90 minutes after a meal, without opening them, to protect the enzymes and their activity from stomach acid.
- The intensity of pain perception varies. According to scientific findings, the optimal effects of regular use of KaRaDol® become apparent after 2–4 weeks. If the response is good, the daily dose may be reduced to 1 capsule twice daily. KaRaDol® is suitable for long-term use.
- Notes: Taking KaRaDol® alongside blood-thinning medication (e.g. Marcumar®) may lead to an increased risk of bleeding. KaRaDol® must therefore not be taken if you are taking blood-thinning medication or if you have a blood clotting disorder. KaRaDol® should also not be taken if you are intolerant to any of the ingredients: papaya, pineapple or kiwi.
