Directions
- Adults take 1 tablet daily, after a meal. It is recommended to wait a few hours before or after taking other medicines or food supplements. The dosage may need to be adjusted by a doctor.
- Increased zinc intake can lead to copper deficiency. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date can be found on the packaging.
