Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily, after a meal. It is recommended to wait a few hours before or after taking other medicines or food supplements. The dosage may need to be adjusted by a doctor.
Increased zinc intake can lead to copper deficiency. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients

One tablet contains: Zinc (zinc gluconate) 25 mg (250 % NRV - reference quantity according to EU Regulation 1169/2011)

Other ingredients: Cellulose, calcium dihydrogen phosphate (carrier), modified cellulose gum (carrier), vegetable magnesium stearate (coating).
