Directions
- Adults take 2 tablets daily with a main meal. Do not take the product for longer than 3 months.
- Not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people suffering from ventricular tachycardia. Patients with diabetes and people taking insulin, blood-thinning medication or preparations containing caffeine should discuss taking the product with a doctor. The preparation may cause insomnia. Store at 15-25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The best before date can be found on the packaging.

- Other ingredients: Calcium phosphate (carrier), modified cellulose gum (bulking agent), vegetable stearic acid; silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose (coating).
