Immuna® forte capsules are a dietary supplement with natural Immuna® (beta-(1,3/1,6)-D-glucan), vitamin C and zinc.

Every day our body is exposed to a wide variety of foreign bodies and germs. The defence system works as a natural protective shield and keeps us fit. But what happens when it weakens? Even then there are ways to strengthen it: Immuna forte capsules are a combination preparation of beta-glucans with vitamin C and zinc. Beta-glucans are complex polysaccharides that are a kind of booster for our defences. In the intestine, they are recognised by macrophages in the intestinal mucosa, which stimulate them to migrate towards the lymph nodes and bone marrow. There the beta-glucans are broken down and bind to special immune cells, activating them.

This process promotes the formation of additional defence cells. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Both vitamin C and zinc help to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Beta-glucans also contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Beta-glucans in Immuna® forte capsules come from shiitake mushrooms and undergo a gentle fermentation process

Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid. Ideally, the capsules should be taken for at least 5 consecutive days
