How to use
- Dosage: Dissolve approx. 250 g of magnesium flakes in warm water (max. 37.5°C).
- Bathing time: For optimum results, bathe for 20-25 minutes.
- Adjust intensity: The more flakes you use, the more intensive the effect.
- Foot bath: 100-150 g is sufficient for smaller applications.
