Our HOYER Good Night Drink combines the typical properties of valerian and hops. Rounded off with the finest lavender honey, it is a balm for the soul and ensures a good night's sleep. Valerian, hops and honey were already being used in the monasteries of the Middle Ages for soothing elixirs, tinctures and teas.

Directions for use
Adults: Drink one ampoule daily, either neat or diluted with a little liquid, e.g. tea, preferably before going to bed. Ready to drink - shake before opening! Cloudiness or sediment are signs of the natural ingredients. Also ideal for travelling.
