How does Hansaplast Scar Reduction work?

• The transparent polyurethane plaster forms a semi-occlusive barrier that improves the moisture content of the scar tissue. At the same time, it leads to an increase in temperature in the scar tissue. This helps to activate the skin's own regeneration process and supports the remodelling of the scar.

Clinically proven

• Clinical studies have shown positive results when worn for at least 12 hours a day over a period of 8 weeks. The first results can be seen after 3-4 weeks. Wearing them for more than 8 weeks can further increase the success of the treatment.

How to use

1. Remove the protective film from the self-adhesive side of the plaster.
2. Apply the plaster to clean and dry skin.
