Hansaplast Sensitive XXL plasters are sterile wound dressings for the protection of larger and post-operative wounds. The particularly skin-friendly and breathable material adheres securely to the skin and can be removed painlessly. The extra-large dressing protects your wound without sticking to it and is very comfortable to wear.

The Hansaplast Bacteria Shield protects against dirt and 99% of bacteria.
