Gynofit Smartballs Duo brings strength to the pelvic floor

Gynofit Smartballs Duo are latex-free silicone vaginal balls for training the pelvic floor with a suitable lubricant (smart gel). The Gynofit Smartballs are inserted vaginally with Gynofit Smart-Gel. During your everyday activities and movements - such as climbing stairs or going for a walk - you help your pelvic floor muscles to regain their elasticity with the inserted Smartballs. This has a positive effect on incontinence problems such as bladder weakness. The training time can be as long as you like. It is best to gradually increase the training time. In the case of acute pelvic floor weakness, a daily exercise time of around 30 to 45 minutes with normal movements should be sufficient.

How to use
