Gynofit Smartballs Duo strengthens the pelvic floor

Gynofit Smartballs Duo are latex-free silicone vaginal balls for training the pelvic floor, to be used with the matching lubricant (Smart-Gel). The Gynofit Smartballs are inserted vaginally using Gynofit Smart-Gel. As you go about your daily activities and movements – such as climbing stairs or going for a walk – the inserted Smartballs help your pelvic floor muscles regain their tone. This has a positive effect on incontinence problems, such as bladder weakness. The duration of the exercise can be as long as you like. Ideally, you should gradually increase the duration of the exercise. In cases of acute pelvic floor weakness, wearing them for around 30 to 45 minutes a day whilst carrying out normal activities should be sufficient.
