- Enzyme combination: Gelencium® Enzyme Complex combines three valuable enzymes: Bromelain (from Ananas comosus), Papain (from Carica papaya) and Protease (from Aspergillus niger). This allows a total daily intake of 1,500 mg of enzymes.
- Rutin: The secondary plant substance rutin was obtained from the Japanese cord tree (Sophora japonica) and, as a glycoside of quercetin, is one of the flavonoids. Although it is not a vitamin, rutin is often referred to as "vitamin P".
- Vitamins & minerals: In addition to the valuable enzymes and rutin, Gelencium® Enzyme Complex contains high doses of vitamin C, zinc and selenium. These support cartilage1 and bone function2, the immune system3 and energy metabolism4. They also make an important contribution to cell protection5, to reducing fatigue6 and to protein synthesis7:
- 1Cartilage: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.
- 2Bone: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal bone function. Manganese and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions
- Take 2 x 3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid - at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal.
- Gelencium® Enzyme Complex is suitable for regular and long-term consumption.
