Copper, a trace element in the human body, is involved in various metabolic processes as an enzyme component. It is involved in the formation of red blood cells, the mobilisation of iron, energy production and the formation of connective tissue. It also protects cell membranes from free radicals. Copper contributes to the formation of the pigment melanin, which gives skin and hair colour. If too little copper is ingested, anaemia (anaemia) can occur, as well as pigmentation disorders of the skin and disorders of the nervous system and bone formation. In this formulation, copper is present in the form of an orotate. The absorption of copper into the cells is facilitated by the orotate form

- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid
- Advice: Do not take at the same time as vitamin C, iron and zinc. These nutrients can reduce copper absorption.

- Ingredients: Filler: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); copper orotate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
