Gall Pharma Cabbage Soup Capsules are a food supplement with white cabbage powder, caraway powder, celery root powder, tomato powder and onion powder.
White cabbage belongs to the cruciferous family (Brassicacea) and has the highest vitamin C content of all cabbage species. The combination of vitamin C and vitamin E contained in white cabbage helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. The high fibre content ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety. The capsules contain concentrated vegetable powder from white cabbage, onion, celery and tomatoes as well as caraway powder. Thanks to their high vitamin, mineral and fibre content and yet low calorie content, cabbage soup GPH capsules can contribute to a healthy diet. The vegetable powders are obtained using gentle processes and still contain all the valuable ingredients that might otherwise be lost through long cooking times.

- Ingredients: White cabbage powder; caraway powder, celery root powder; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; tomato powder (tomato powder, silicon dioxide), onion powder; capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
- Composition per 4 capsules contains 720 mg white cabbage powder, 240 mg caraway powder, 160 mg celery root powder, 112 mg tomato powder and 80 mg onion powder.
