- An anthocyanin deficiency can slow down or even prevent the eye from adapting to darkness.
- Anthocyanins have very strong antioxidant properties and therefore have a favourable effect on vision at dusk and support rapid adaptation of the eyes in bright light. Eye fatigue at dusk and in dim light is reduced. The anthocyanins in bilberries have a stabilising effect on the walls of the fine blood vessels in the eyes.

- Note: After taking Blueberry P capsules, the blueberry colouring may cause discolouration of the stools.
