Zinc is a vital trace element. Higher concentrations of zinc are found in red blood cells, eyes, skin and hair as well as in the prostate and liver. As a component of many different enzymes involved in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, zinc fulfils countless functions in the body. Zinc Chelate 10 mg GPH capsules contain the trace element in the form of a chelate. This allows it to pass undamaged through the stomach into the intestine, where it is absorbed into the blood via special transport systems in the wall of the small intestine. This increases the amount of zinc supplied and improves tolerability

- Ingredients: Filler: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); zinc bisglycinate (zinc bisglycinate, citric acid, silicon dioxide), capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
