Gall Pharma Vitamin B-Complex Capsules are a food supplement with vitamins B1, B6 and B12 per capsule. The combination supports the metabolism, improves blood circulation and haematopoiesis and contributes to normal nerve function.

The vitamins of the B-complex complement each other in their function by stimulating cellular enzyme activity. As these water-soluble vitamins cannot be significantly stored in the body, a constant supply is necessary. Vitamin B-Complex GPH Capsules contain 11 mg vitamin B1 (as thiamine HCl), 14 mg vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) and 25 μg vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) in a hard gelatine capsule.

Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.

Ingredients

Composition: bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide; pyridoxine HCl (6 %), thiamine HCl (5 %), methylcobalamin (<0.1 %)
Nutritional values per daily dose: 1 capsule contains 11 mg vitamin B1*, 14 mg vitamin B6* and 25 μg vitamin B12* * corresponding to 1000 per cent of the recommended daily dose
